BettingJobs are currently seeking a Head of Growth for an innovative provider of slots content as they continue to grow. The Head of Growth will be responsible for leading the commercial function, developing the existing operation, and implementing improvements in processes and efficiencies. The Head of Growth role would be well-suited to an individual with experience in a senior commercial role within a supplier to the online gaming industry, now looking to take on a strategic leadership role. Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial function with a focus on long-term scalability and operational excellence.
- Design and implement robust frameworks for business development, client onboarding, and contract management to drive internal efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a focused team of Sales and Account Management professionals, establishing clear KPIs and structured workflows.
- Work closely with technical teams to streamline the "go-live" pipeline, ensuring seamless content delivery
- Take a lead role in contract negotiations and reviews, ensuring all commercial agreements are precise and sustainable.
- Manage high-level relationships and identify expansion opportunities Requirements
- Successful track record in a senior commercial role within the iGaming industry
- Excellent knowledge of slots content and games
- Proven ability to scale the commercial function
- Deep understanding of content distribution and the operator landscape within the iGaming industry
- Experience in developing and delivering scalable business processes and systems
- Experience managing small, high-impact teams with a willingness to remain involved in the day-to-day commercial details.
