Head of Brand
Description
We are working with a well-established iGaming Operator on a newly available Head of Brand role. You will own the entire brand, PR, social media, and creative function. You will be one of three senior leaders reporting directly to the CEO. The role can be undertaken remotely. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and elevate a fully staffed, multi-disciplinary brand organization spanning PR, social media, brand strategy, partnerships, and video/content production
- Align cross-functional teams under a unified brand vision and execution roadmap
- Raise performance standards, operational efficiency, and creative output across all brand functions
- Own earned media strategy, press relationships, crisis communications, and PR measurement
- Drive share of voice growth and earned media value
- Establish clear reporting structures and communication workflows across PR and content teams
- Oversee platform strategy, editorial calendar development, and community management
- Lead and mentor the social team to deliver high-performing, culturally relevant content
- Align social output with broader brand and acquisition goals
- Ensure brand positioning consistency across all consumer touchpoints
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines across markets and campaigns
- Build structured sponsorship activation playbooks to convert exposure into measurable acquisition
- Create dedicated landing pages, promotional mechanics, and event-based content tied to partnerships
- Oversee the end-to-end creative production pipeline from brief to delivery
- Audit current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable production systems
- Drive short-form video and localized content initiatives across multiple markets Requirements:
- Proven senior leadership experience in brand marketing within the iGaming industry
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary creative teams with 10+ direct and indirect reports
- Demonstrated success expanding brand awareness in competitive markets
- Track record of activating sponsorships and partnerships into measurable customer acquisition
- Strong commercial acumen and fluency in marketing performance metrics (ROAS, iROAS, LTV, attribution)
- Experience partnering closely with performance marketing teams to align brand activity with acquisition goals Nice to Have:
- Multi-market experience (U.S., LatAm, or European markets)
- Experience with responsible gaming or compliance-led brand positioning
- Influencer and creator ecosystem management experience
- Scaled content localization across multiple jurisdictions
