BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2C casino brand, who are seeking to hire an experienced Executive VIP Manager to join their team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers and actively seek solutions to potential problems as well as engaging customers' attention and loyalty. Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers through various platforms.
- Arrange activities tailored to customers' preferences in the designated market, e.g. sport events.
- Go above and beyond to create positive and memorable customer experiences. Requirements:
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual who wants to excel in interpersonal relationships.
- Get-things-done mentality from taking initiative to execution.
- Excellent networking skills and inside information on market's ongoing events.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered as an advantage.
