BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2C casino brand, who are seeking to hire an experienced Executive VIP Manager to join their team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers and actively seek solutions to potential problems as well as engaging customers' attention and loyalty. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customer needs to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers through various platforms.
  • Arrange activities tailored to customers' preferences in the designated market, e.g. sport events.
  • Go above and beyond to create positive and memorable customer experiences. Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual who wants to excel in interpersonal relationships.
  • Get-things-done mentality from taking initiative to execution.
  • Excellent networking skills and inside information on market's ongoing events.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered as an advantage.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication/public relations along with active listening skills required.
