Senior Legal Counsel

BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for aSenior Legal Counsel to join their team based remotely.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Advise on a wide range of international legal matters, including investments, strategic partnerships, and complex commercial arrangements

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value, cross-border contracts with global counterparties

• Support transactions involving significant financial exposure, fees, and long-term commercial risk

• Act as a trusted legal advisor to senior stakeholders across the business

• Identify legal and regulatory risks and deliver pragmatic, business-focused solutions

• Ensure compliance with relevant international laws, regulations, and industry frameworks

• Liaise with external counsel and advisors across multiple jurisdictions as required

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with strong experience in international commercial law

• Proven track record of negotiating complex, high-value agreements

• Experience supporting cross-border transactions and global stakeholders

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives

• Experience within technology, gaming, or regulated industries is highly desirable

• Confident communicator with the ability to operate at senior executive level
