BettingJobs is working with an experienced iGaming company launching a new brand are seeking to expand their senior team in Nicosia with a Chief Operating Officer. Key Responsibilities
- Lead group-wide operations: standardize processes, optimize structure, and align subsidiaries
- Drive execution & performance management: implement KPIs, monitor results, and improve operational efficiency
- Design and lead organizational structure: manage senior ops leaders, build accountability and execution culture
- Oversee process, risk & governance: internal controls, risk mitigation, and Board reporting
- Collaborate across functions: CFO, CTO, HR, Legal, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in iGaming (online casino, sportsbook, digital gaming)
- Senior leadership experience (COO, Group Operations, or similar)
- Experience managing multiple business units or subsidiaries
- Strong operational execution, KPI-driven management, and team leadership
- Excellent English and executive communication skills Nice to have:
- Multi-country / multi-cultural experience
- Experience with M&A / post-merger integration
- Proven track record in high-growth or transformational organizations
- Data/BI-driven decision-making capabilities
