Compliance Analyst

BettingJobs is working with a new growing bookmaker within the iGaming industry who are seeking a Compliance Analyst. This role is based in Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, review, and interpret regulatory requirements across the UK gambling sector.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal policies, procedures, and controls.
Support day-to-day compliance operations, including customer checks, reporting, and risk assessments.
Conduct regular internal audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare compliance reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure compliant processes throughout the business.
Help drive a culture of compliance by delivering internal training and guidance.
Requirements:
Experience in compliance within iGaming, gambling, financial services, or a similar regulated environment.
Strong understanding of UKGC regulations (experience in AML/CTF, KYC, and safer gambling is a plus).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Dublin.
