Director of International Marketing

The Director of Marketing International will be responsible for leading the marketing and client services programs for the company's North Asia market. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans, overseeing business development activities, managing the marketing budget, and supervising a team of marketing professionals. This role is remote based from within Macau and will require an understanding of the local market. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for the North Asia market, in alignment with overall corporate marketing goals.
• Plan and administer the marketing budget, including developing budgets for international marketing activities.
• Organize and execute client relations efforts, including client satisfaction surveys, client development activities, and special events.
• Oversee the process of soliciting prospective clients and writing proposals for new business.
• Participate in planning and presentation sessions as needed.
• Lead business development activities, working closely with the Business Development Coordinator.
• Work with international offices to design and implement prospecting and client contact systems.
• Oversee corporate communications efforts, including external and internal communications, public relations, and vendor and consultant management.
• Coordinate business development and marketing activities through legal networks and other external relationships.
• Supervise the team, including Marketing Assistant, Client Services Administrator, Communications Manager, Practice Development Manager, and Regional Marketing Manager(s). KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS -Understanding of the gambling industry, ideally from a Live Casino Operations environment.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or related roles.
• Experience in the North Asia market strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese language skills.
