BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a Marketing Managerto join their team based in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive growth in Ontario
Manage the day-to-day performance of CRM, content, and acquisition campaigns
Work closely with the organic social, creative, and PR teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging
Support execution of partnerships and activations
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure AGCO/iGaming Ontario requirements are met
Analyze and report on key campaign KPIs
Support go-to-market strategy for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
Brief and manage internal and external design and media team
Own the regional marketing calendar and align with central teams on budget and priorities
Requirements:
4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in iGaming, sports betting, or regulated digital industries
Strong knowledge of the Ontario iGaming market, including AGCO and iGO requirements
Proven success managing cross-functional campaigns and coordinating teams
Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM platforms
Strong communication and project management skills
Based in or near Toronto, with flexibility for in-person events when needed
