Head of Studio
Description
BettingJobs is working with an established service provider within the iGaming industry who are currently targeting various Asian markets. They're looking for a new Head of Studio to join their team in Tbilisi.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the studio’s vision, growth strategy, and long-term game roadmap
Lead and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations
Establish and maintain production standards, creative benchmarks, and operational best practices
Ensure delivery milestones are met across all departments, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks through continuous process improvement
Ensure studio operations and all game products comply with regulatory requirements across all relevant jurisdictions
Improve workflows, production pipelines, and internal communication structures
Monitor and evaluate the performance of released games, driving optimisation where required
Manage studio budgets, resource allocation, workforce planning, and department scaling
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, communication, and team structure
Implement project tracking, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior studio leadership role within iGaming, gaming, or a related digital entertainment environment
Strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skills
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex production pipelines
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements within the iGaming industry
Ability to balance creative vision with commercial and operational discipline
