Global Senior Art Director
Description
BettingJobs is partnering with a leading multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry in their search for a Global Senior Art Director to join their team based in Latvia.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute a design strategy that strengthens brand identity, drives engagement, and supports business goals.
Lead concept development across marketing campaigns, product marketing, video storyboards, and experiential/event design.
Partner with Marketing Art, Art Directors, artists, animation, and cross-functional stakeholders to create clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee creative production from concept through final delivery across marketing collateral, social, web, and other visual assets.
Ensure all creative work meets high quality standards, aligns with brand guidelines, and remains consistent across channels.
Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to designers throughout the design process.
Stay current on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying insights to elevate creative output.
Push creative boundaries by identifying opportunities for innovation and new design approaches.
Review and critique work to ensure it is visually compelling, on-brand, and strategically sound.
Apply technical design expertise to support teams and improve workflows.
Serve as a creative brand ambassador, representing company values and vision internally and externally.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Extensive experience leading large-scale creative initiatives in a senior art direction role.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, working effectively with creative and non-creative stakeholders across markets.
Deep understanding of design strategy and principles, with the ability to deliver creative solutions that achieve business objectives.
