  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring a world-class experience.
  • Plan and execute personalized offers, events, and promotions for VIP players.
  • Monitor player activity and trends to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless VIP experiences.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests with discretion, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Track VIP metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, satisfaction, and revenue impact. Requirements:
  • Proven experience in VIP management, hospitality, or high-end customer service; casino experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of high-value client behaviour and preferences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive client information
  • Fluent in Turkish (both spoken and written) is required.
