Acquisition marketing professional needed to fulfil a Head of marketing role with our client.
Location choices include Dubai, Yerevan or remote
This company are seeking to become a real challenger brand within the southeast Asian market.
Responsibilities:
Own acquisition strategy across multiple Sportsbook Exchange brands in India.
Build and manage a diversified channel mix beyond Google and Meta, including affiliates, influencers, and ecosystem-driven traffic sources.
Optimise for traffic quality, profitability, and long-term value — not volume for its own sake.
Manage and challenge agencies, affiliates, and partners on performance, attribution, and commercials.
Allocate budgets based on real incremental impact, not platform-reported metrics.
Make decisions in environments with imperfect attribution and incomplete data.
Stop spend, cut partners, or change strategy when performance does not justify investment.
Work cross-functionally to manage second-order effects on payments, fraud, support, and brand trust.
Requirements:
Senior acquisition or growth leadership experience within iGaming or similar high-risk, high-volume environments.
Deep understanding of the Indian acquisition ecosystem, including non-traditional and grey-area channels.
Strong commercial judgement with a sceptical, analytical mindset.
Proven experience managing agencies and affiliates with full commercial accountability.
Track record of prioritising quality and profitability over vanity scale.
Comfortable operating without perfect data and owning outcomes.
Able to think beyond sign-ups to long-term business impact.
