Global Affiliate Director

BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming group seeking to expand their team with a senior Global Affiliate Director. (Remote based from Europe with travel expected) A large and highly profitable (with a significant revenue base) international online casino & sportsbook group is seeking a world-class Affiliate Director to lead and significantly scale its global affiliate channel. This is a senior revenue leadership role within a large, operational business — not a start-up build. The affiliate program is already substantial; the mandate is optimisation, expansion and disciplined scaling. KEY FOCUS AREAS

• Lead and scale an established global affiliate program
• Optimise existing RevShare, CPA and Hybrid structures
• Acquire and strengthen relationships with top-tier affiliates
• Reduce revenue concentration risk
• Improve player quality and long-term LTV
• Build and develop a high-performance affiliate team
• Drive disciplined, profitable growth CORE KPI'S
• Affiliate-driven NGR growth
• Blended CPA vs LTV performance
• Revenue diversification across partners
• Retention & VIP conversion rates
• Traffic quality & fraud mitigation
• EBITDA contribution from affiliate channel REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years affiliate leadership experience in online casino & sportsbook
• Proven track record managing large RevShare books (€50m+ annual NGR exposure)
• Strong commercial negotiation capability
• Deep understanding of grey / unregulated environments
• Data-driven with strong cohort and LTV analysis ability
• Experienced leading affiliate teams in multi-jurisdiction operations
• Comfortable operating within a structured, high-revenue organisation
