Senior Football Trader

BettingJobs is seeking an experienced Football Trader for a high-profile client based in their Hong Kong office. As the Senior Football Trader, you will be responsible for overseeing the football offering, management and trading of events, and ensuring effective customer management. This role is suited to an experienced sports trader with a comprehensive football knowledge and a passion for the sport with significant trading management experience. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective management and trading of events as well as customer management
• Manage and develop trading team members to drive team performance and profitability
• Prepare and deliver training to different levels of traders
• Communicate the financial performance of the business and make recommendations to improve the product offering
• Develop relationships with internal and external partners
• Take the initiative with strategic activities
• Available to work evenings and weekends in line with business needs Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of a range of sports and sports wagering
• Comprehensive Football betting knowledge
• Significant trading management experience
• Significant experience in odds compilation and trading, preferably experienced with In-play trading
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Open to working collaboratively with people from different cultures
• Strong understanding of technology and betting systems
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
