BettingJobs is working with a privately owned iGaming service provider who are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to join their team in Gibraltar.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and switched-on individual who enjoys supporting senior stakeholders and ensuring operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will take ownership of a broad range of administrative and organisational responsibilities, playing a key role in driving day-to-day business efficiency. This is a uniquely flexible role, with an expectation of 10–20 working hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to senior management

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars

  • Handling correspondence, emails, and document management

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes where required

  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

  • Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable handling confidential information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Experience within iGaming or a fast-paced environment is a plus
