BettingJobs is working with a new service provider within the iGaming industry who are looking for a **Country Manager

  • Vietnam** to join their team based in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute localized strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention in the Vietnamese market.

  • Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and regulatory research to inform local strategy.

  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure market fit and regulatory alignment.

  • Lead and align Customer Support, Affiliate, and Marketing operations to meet Vietnamese player needs.

  • Set KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks; provide coaching, reviews, and team development.

  • Ensure high-quality customer service, including handling escalated cases and improving support performance through data and feedback.

  • Lead training and quality assurance initiatives for Customer Support.

  • Manage affiliate strategy in Vietnam, including partner recruitment, performance optimization, ROI, and compliance.

  • Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, promotions, content, and social media initiatives.

  • Track campaign and operational performance, applying data-driven optimizations.

  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese laws and relevant international regulations.

  • Monitor business KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver strategic insights to senior management.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor teams while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in iGaming/online casino, with strong exposure to the Vietnamese market.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Affiliate).

  • Native Vietnamese with excellent English communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese player behaviour, iGaming regulations, and digital marketing.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to relocate to Colombo, Sri Lanka.
