Responsibilities
Own the sportsbook CRM strategy across the full player lifecycle: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention
Build automated and manual CRM journeys based on player behaviour, betting patterns, and lifecycle stage
Align CRM plans with the global sports calendar including leagues, tournaments, and key sporting events
Plan and execute CRM campaigns across multiple communications channels email, SMS, push notifications, pop ups, etc.
Deliver personalized offers and messaging to maximize engagement and incremental value
Develop and manage player segmentation strategies to deliver targeted CRM campaigns across different value tiers, behaviours, and sports interests.
Design, execute, and optimize sportsbook promotions such as free bets, bet and get, odds boosts, cashback, etc.
Ensure promotional mechanics are cost efficient and aligned with margin targets
Monitor bonus abuse risks and collaborate with risk and trading teams to mitigate exposure
Track and analyze key CRM KPIs including retention, active days, deposits, bonus cost, wager, GGR, NGR,.
Run A/B tests on offers, mechanics, timing, and messaging to continuously optimize performance
Produce clear post campaign analysis and actionable insight
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of CRM experience in online sportsbook.
Strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics, betting markets, and sports calendar
Data driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs
Ability to work in a fast paced, event driven environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
