Description

BettingJobs are looking for a data-driven, player-obsessed CRM Manager to lead engagement efforts across emerging markets, with a specific focus on Sweepstakes Casinos. You will be responsible for navigating the unique mechanics of sweepstakes gaming, managing high-volume partnerships, and building world-class retention loops. You'll own the player journey from the first "Welcome Offer" to long-term loyalty, ensuring the brand remains the top choice in a competitive landscape. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Plan and build comprehensive campaigns that support both the acquisition of new users and the long-term retention of existing players within emerging markets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure all promotions are executed to the highest industry standards.
  • End-to-End Execution: Devising, developing, and deploying campaign deliverables across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, and In-App).
  • Performance Monitoring: Perform rigorous end-to-end monitoring of promotion execution and post-campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Communication Mapping: Create and execute robust communication plans that guide the player through every stage of the promotional lifecycle.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to high ethical standards and strictly comply with all internal processes and external sweepstakes regulations.
  • Project Assistance: Provide expert assistance and execution support for independent, large-scale CRM infrastructure projects as needed. Requirements:
  • Industry Expertise: Specific, hands-on experience within the Sweepstakes or Social Casino industry is essential.
  • Market Knowledge: Proven track record of managing CRM or marketing campaigns across various emerging markets.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational ability with a knack for managing multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Meticulous Nature: High attention to detail, specifically regarding campaign logic, promotion mechanics, and copy accuracy.
