Head of Online Marketing

BettingJobs are working with a growing online casino and sportsbook platform headquartered in Montreal, offering cutting-edge gaming experiences across Canada. They are looking for a Head of Online Marketing to join their team. The Head of Online Marketing will lead the digital acquisition and growth strategy for online casino operations. This role will scale player acquisition across digital channels while also implementing cross marketing initiatives that convert land-based casino players into online users. Because the company operates both a physical casino and an online platform, this role will bridge both ecosystems to maximize total player value. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global online marketing strategy
• Manage paid acquisition channels including Google, paid social, programmatic, and display
• Oversee SEO, content, and organic growth initiatives
• Work closely with the Affiliate Manager to scale affiliate partnerships
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize CPA and ROI targets
• Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives including CRM, promotions, and retention programs
• Develop cross marketing strategies between the land-based casino and online platform
• Design campaigns converting land-based casino players into online accounts
• Coordinate loyalty programs and promotional offers across both channels
• Analyse player acquisition and retention performance
• Build and lead the marketing team Requirements:
• 7-10+ years experience in digital marketing
• Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or online casino industry strongly preferred
• Experience working with land-based casino marketing is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of CPA models, LTV, retention, and acquisition funnels
• Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing budgets
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
