iGaming Affiliate Manager - Tanzania

BettingJobs is working with a leading African online casino and sportsbook operator seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive affiliate acquisition and revenue growth within the Tanzanian market. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company growth targets.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners across relevant channels (SEO, PPC, social media, tipsters, influencers, and media buyers).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliate partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, CPA/Rev Share/Hybrid deals, and ensure profitability of partnerships.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyse traffic quality, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Track and report on KPIs including player acquisition, retention, revenue, and lifetime value.
- Ensure all affiliate activity complies with Tanzanian gaming regulations and responsible gambling standards.
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to align promotions, bonuses, and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the Tanzanian iGaming landscape.
- Manage affiliate budgets and ensure accurate reconciliation of affiliate payments.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent traffic and bonus abuse in collaboration with internal teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities where required. Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an Affiliate Manager role within the online gaming, sportsbook, or casino industry.
- Strong understanding of the Tanzanian iGaming market and affiliate landscape.
- Proven track record of delivering player acquisition growth and revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and responsible gaming frameworks.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Swahili is a strong advantage).
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events when required.
