CRM Manager
Description
BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing iGaming company who are seeking to hire a CRM Manager to join their team in Sofia. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven CRM professional to take ownership of lifecycle marketing, retention strategy, and player engagement across multiple markets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across casino and sportsbook products.
- Plan, launch and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) to drive retention, reactivation and player value.
- Segment player databases based on behaviour, lifecycle stage and value to deliver personalised and automated journeys.
- Monitor KPIs including retention rate, churn, LTV and campaign performance, making data-led improvements.
- Work closely with BI, Product, VIP and Acquisition teams to align promotional mechanics and bonus strategies.
- Oversee campaign calendars, bonus configurations and CRM tools to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across target markets. Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a CRM, Lifecycle or Retention role within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of player segmentation, bonus strategy and promotional mechanics.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Optimove, FastTrack, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in regulated and/or grey markets is advantageous.
