Online Casino Expert (B2C)

BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for an Online Casino Expert to join their team based remotely in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver casino projects end-to-end, including providers, lobby management, product improvements, campaigns, and team initiatives
• Develop and execute casino campaign plans with Marketing and CRM, from briefing and segmentation to asset approval and KPI tracking
• Plan, launch, and analyse casino campaigns and promotions to optimize performance and ROI
• Monitor and optimize player engagement, game/lobby performance, and website effectiveness
• Collaborate daily with Fraud, Payments, Customer Support, and other teams to resolve issues
• Build and manage strong relationships with game providers and identify strategic opportunities
• Support the casino product roadmap through UAT, feedback, and feature recommendations
• Use data-driven insights for reporting, optimization, and decision-making
• Track market trends, competitors, and player behaviour to maintain competitiveness Requirements:
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with sound decision-making skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative team player
• Minimum 2 years' experience in online gaming
• Solid understanding of online casino games, bonuses, and engagement mechanics
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
