Poker Room Manager

BettingJobs is currently seeking a Poker Room Manager for a growing iGaming company in their San José, Costa Rica office. The Poker Room Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the online Poker Room and the development and improvement of the offering. This role is well-suited to an individual with a passion for poker and experience leading the development of a poker offering in an online environment. Responsibilities:

• Propose new game features and formats to innovate and drive customer engagement.
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to support recommendations for modifications to our offering.
• Work with Game Integrity to identify and implement changes.
• Propose strategic changes in tournament offerings, tournament series offerings, and overall game mix to improve customer engagement.
• Make recommendations to develop the offering across loyalty, tournaments, payouts, and games. Requirements:
• A passion for poker, with previous experience in a similar role within the online gaming industry.
• Exceptional understanding of online poker and the poker ecosystem.
• Ability to push for strategic change supported by data analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and senior executives.
• Ability to decipher large amounts of data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in data mining and advanced analytics would be a significant advantage.
