CRM & Retention Manager

BettingJobs is currently recruiting for with a Privately owned casino & sportsbook operatorbacked by successful individuals within the iGaming space. Our client is looking to hire a CRM & Retention Manager to join their growing team on a fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the end-to-end CRM and retention strategy across casino and sportsbook
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys across the full lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App)
- Develop player segmentation and personalization strategies to drive engagement and LTV
- Manage campaign calendars aligned with key sporting events and promotional activity
- Analyse campaign performance and player behaviour to optimise results and reduce churn
- Design and manage bonus and promotional strategies with a focus on ROI
- Ensure all CRM activity aligns with compliance and responsible gambling standards Requirements
- 3+ years CRM/Retention experience within the iGaming industry (essential)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (experience with BetConstruct CRM tools is a strong advantage)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
- Commercially driven with a clear focus on player value and profitability
- Comfortable working remotely in a start-up, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
