Head of Studio

BettingJobs is working with an established service provider within the iGaming industry who are currently targeting various Asian markets. They're looking for a new Head of Studio  to join their team in Tbilisi. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the studio’s vision, growth strategy, and long-term game roadmap
• Lead and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations
• Establish and maintain production standards, creative benchmarks, and operational best practices
• Ensure delivery milestones are met across all departments, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks through continuous process improvement
• Ensure studio operations and all game products comply with regulatory requirements across all relevant jurisdictions
• Improve workflows, production pipelines, and internal communication structures
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of released games, driving optimisation where required
• Manage studio budgets, resource allocation, workforce planning, and department scaling
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, communication, and team structure
• Implement project tracking, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior studio leadership role within iGaming, gaming, or a related digital entertainment environment
• Strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skills
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex production pipelines
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements within the iGaming industry
• Ability to balance creative vision with commercial and operational discipline
