Affiliate Manager
Description
BettingJobs are working with a growing online casino and sportsbook platform headquartered in Montreal, offering cutting-edge gaming experiences across Canada. They are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team. The Affiliate Manager will build and manage the affiliate program to drive scalable player acquisition through strategic affiliate partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners
- Manage relationships with existing affiliates
- Negotiate CPA, revenue share, and hybrid deals
- Monitor traffic quality and prevent fraud
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to increase First Time Depositors
- Manage affiliate tracking platforms and reporting
- Coordinate promotions and marketing campaigns with affiliate partners
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations Requirements:
- 3-6+ years experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience in iGaming affiliate programs strongly preferred
- Familiar with platforms such as NetRefer, Income Access, MyAffiliates, or similar
- Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
- Strong understanding of CPA, rev share, and hybrid affiliate models
