Director of Account Operations

BettingJobs is working with a regulatory compliance and iGaming solutions provider who are looking for a Director of Account Operations to join their team based in Makati City, Manila. Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight of the Company's Account Management, Business Administration, and Market Analysis functions.
- Drive operational performance across teams, ensuring delivery against KPIs, contractual obligations, and organizational targets.
- Establish and maintain structured performance management frameworks, including annual reviews, development planning, and capability building.
- Act as a senior operational interface for key external stakeholders, including operators, third-party providers, and government licensing bodies.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for operational, client, and delivery-related matters.
- Lead the continuous improvement of operational processes, governance frameworks, and internal workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Identify operational risks and performance gaps affecting profitability, delivery standards, or stakeholder relationships, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure alignment between operational teams, technical functions, and corporate support departments.
- Translate executive strategy into actionable operational plans and ensure consistent execution across the organization.
- Support executive leadership in organizational planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Ensure operational activities align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support business growth and operational stability. Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior operations or operational leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary teams within complex or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to build operational structure, governance, and scalable delivery frameworks.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive and stakeholder levels.
- Experience managing external stakeholder relationships and high-value client engagements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across executive, technical, and operational audiences.
- Experience within the online gambling, technology, compliance, or similarly regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Tagalog is advantageous but not essential.
