VP of CRM

BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading group operating a number of online gaming brands in.com markets, in their search for a VP of CRM. This position can be based on-site in Cyprus or remote with frequent travel to Cyprus. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's overall CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Manage and optimize customer data, segmentation, and CRM platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor customer communication campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to continuously improve lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
- Monitor CRM performance, produce regular reports, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM team to ensure effective execution of CRM initiatives. Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation systems.
- Experience managing and developing CRM or marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Smartico is beneficial.
- Candidates with experience in grey/.com markets may be particularly relevant.
