BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a CRM Manager to join their team based in Malta.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the end-to-end CRM lifecycle strategy across all products, from acquisition and onboarding to retention, cross-sell, and reactivation.
Design, optimise, and scale customer journeys, with a strong focus on activation, early-life engagement, and long-term customer value.
Lead market-level CRM strategy covering segmentation, targeting, personalisation, and lifecycle automation.
Plan and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
Drive engagement and revenue through always-on lifecycle programmes, promotions, and test-and-learn initiatives.
Introduce and scale automated, trigger-based CRM workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sportsbook, Revenue, Finance, IT, Operations) to align CRM with commercial, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Own CRM performance measurement, reporting, and optimisation, including A/B testing and experimentation.
Lead CRM operations optimisation, tooling, best practices, and data hygiene.
Stay current with CRM trends and technologies, proposing innovative improvements.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, data-driven CRM team.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
3+ years' CRM experience within the iGaming industry.
2+ years' experience leading and managing a team.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ExtremePush preferred) and marketing automation tools.
Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing knowledge, including automation, workflows, and trigger-based campaigns.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills, with experience working on large datasets.
Understanding of email best practices and mobile-first design.
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, hands-on team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong knowledge of Sportsbook and Casino products; experience with high-value players is a plus.
