Junior Marketing Executive Peru

BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming brand focused on the UK, Canadian and Swedish markets. They are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join their team based in Lima. Responsibilities:

• Track and execute ongoing brand initiatives and campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI-based performance reports.
• Maintain timelines, action plans, and status updates.
• Monitor TV campaigns for correct delivery, frequency, and coverage.
• Validate post-buy reports and confirmations from broadcasters and agencies.
• Ensure accurate, auditable documentation of all media activities.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors; follow up on deliverables and timelines.
• Centralize briefs, presentations, and creative assets.
• Keep campaign information updated and accessible.
• Collect and organize campaign, content, and media data.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in executive presentations; prepare summaries with insights.
• Support annual planning by gathering inputs and documentation.
• Review advertising materials for brand alignment before publication.
• Support campaign and content calendar management across owned channels.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines (Peru).
• Conduct competitor monitoring and summarize market trends. Requirements:
• Native Spanish; advanced English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or media roles.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media.
• Understanding of paid media metrics (CPM, CTR, reach, TRPs).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Familiarity with digital metrics and performance reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong accountability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and execution-focused.
