Casino Product & Integrity Analyst

BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a Casino Product & Integrity Analystto join their team based remotely in Asia. Responsibilities:

• Review large wins and withdrawals to identify unusual gameplay patterns, potential abuse, or coordinated betting behaviour
• Analyse gameplay behaviour and betting patterns to detect anomalies, opposite betting, and fraud indicators
• Monitor bonus usage and identify bonus abuse patterns, supporting optimization of promotional mechanics and bonus structures
• Analyse casino game performance and trends, including RTP deviations, volatility patterns, and player engagement behaviour
• Investigate vendor escalation cases by reviewing gameplay data and identifying suspicious activity patterns
• Work with casino vendors on escalations and gameplay feedback, providing insights on suspicious patterns, game behaviour, and potential configuration improvements.
• Analyse affiliate traffic behaviour to detect coordinated activity or unusual behavioural clusters
• Produce regular reports on gameplay trends, abuse patterns, and risk indicators to support decision-making across teams
• Provide product and operational improvement recommendations based on gameplay data, player behaviour insights, and bonus performance
• Suggest operational improvements and monitoring processes to strengthen detection capabilities and support automation
• Leads and supports projects related to product and process improvements as delegated by the Head of Casino, while providing cross-functional support to Casino Experts to ensure the successful execution of operational tasks. Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the online gaming industry
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify behavioural patterns and anomalies in large datasets
• Understanding of online casino gameplay mechanics, betting patterns, and bonus structures
• Experience analysing player behaviour and product performance to generate actionable insights
• Ability to detect fraud indicators and abusive patterns, including bonus abuse, coordinated gameplay, or unusual betting activity
• Data analysis capability (Excel/SQL or similar analytical tools) to investigate trends and produce structured reports
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in reviewing complex gameplay and transaction data
• Ability to translate analytical findings into product or operational recommendations
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, working with product teams, risk teams, and external vendors
