Affiliate Manager

BettingJobs are currently seeking an Affiliate Managerfor a growing iGaming company in their San José, Costa Rica office. Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing affiliate marketing strategies across sports, casino, lottery, and horse racing verticals, with a focus on acquiring First-Time Depositors (FTDs) and maximising ROI.
• Manage relationships with a portfolio of affiliates, providing support, performance insights, and guidance to ensure their campaigns are successful.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement, ensuring affiliates meet KPIs and goals.
• Work with the marketing, CRM, and campaigns teams to ensure affiliate promotions are aligned with broader company goals and promotions.
• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, contributing to the growth of the affiliate program.
• Track and report on affiliate performance, using tools like MyAffiliates to gather data and provide insights to the Affiliate Director.
• Assist in negotiating deals with affiliates, helping maintain strong relationships to support long-term growth.
• Work with the Affiliate Director and creative teams to help develop innovative affiliate campaigns that resonate with audiences in the USA. Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the online gambling industry.
• Familiarity with affiliate programs in the USA market, with knowledge of sports betting, casino, lottery, or horse racing verticals.
• Understanding of FTDs as a key acquisition metric.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on affiliate performance using platforms like MyAffiliates.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to align affiliate efforts with broader marketing goals.
• Experience with affiliate management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the online gambling industry, especially within unregulated USA markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
