Marketing Technology Manager
Description
BettingJobs are working with a major European sportsbook and casino operator who have offices based in Prague. They are looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to join their team in Prague. Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic direction for marketing technology, aligning initiatives with business goals and customer engagement strategies, and lead delivery of the technology roadmap.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Acquisition, CRM, and authoring teams to ensure seamless integration and future-proofing of marketing systems during releases.
- Establish and maintain risk and incident management frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection and regulations.
- Monitor and optimize marketing technology performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive automation and streamline processes to enhance day-to-day operations.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to balance local needs and global standards; manage vendor relationships to leverage best-in-class solutions.
- Oversee the marketing technology budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial control.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify innovation opportunities.
- Apply project management methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time and to stakeholder expectations. Requirements:
- Professional fluency in English.
- 7+ years' experience as a web or front-end developer, including exposure to marketing technology solutions.
- 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally managing cross-functional teams or projects.
- 2+ years' experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Salesforce).
- Degree in IT or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, and mobile app technologies.
- Solid knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Experience with tagging tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with Google Cloud, AWS, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools/methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello).
