Senior Account Manager (Russian-speaking)

BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming business seeking a Senior Account Manager (Russian Speaking) to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic operator accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong relationship management skills and experience within the online casino sector. Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key B2B operator accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact, building long-term strategic partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling and performance optimisation
- Monitor and analyse KPIs including GGR, NGR, retention and promotional performance
- Work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Compliance and Payments teams to ensure seamless account delivery
- Support integrations, onboarding and go-live processes for new partners
- Identify new commercial opportunities within existing accounts
- Represent the company at industry events when required Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in Account Management within the iGaming industry
- Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of online casino and/or sportsbook products
- Proven track record of growing and retaining B2B accounts
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics
