Affiliate Manager

BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire an Affiliate Manager to join their team based in Mexico. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to run SEO, CPA, RS, and hybrid campaign
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and payouts
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI; report results to senior management
- Maintain timely invoicing and ensure accurate and on-time commission payments
- Communicate daily with partners, providing ongoing support and growing the affiliate networks
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts
- Represent the company at industry events and create content for affiliate newsletters and promotions Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years as an Affiliate Manager, preferably in the gambling industry
- Experience with Mexico market.
- English B2
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and results-oriented
- Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask XXXX XXXX priorities
- Perfect communication skills
- Ability to represent company and brands during exhibitions and all related event
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
