Group Customer Engagement Program Manage
Description
BettingJobs are working with a major European sportsbook and casino operator who have offices based in Prague. They are looking for a Group Customer Engagement Program Manager to join their team in Prague. Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy that incorporates gamification, loyalty programs, and an optimized customer journey, ensuring alignment with company vision and customer engagement goals.
- Analyse and refine the customer journey to improve engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rates, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience at every touchpoint.
- Establish and monitor standard product metrics, focusing on the adoption and effectiveness of delivered functionality to ensure maximum impact and customer satisfaction.
- Drive the in-house development and optimization of the Sportsbook Bonus Manager and Promotion Manager, leveraging industry expertise to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Utilize a commercial mindset to identify opportunities that maximize product ROI through effective bonus, promotion, gamification, loyalty strategies, and customer journey optimization.
- Risk and Resource Management: Identify potential risks and manage resources effectively to mitigate challenges and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments, including Product, Marketing, IT, and Finance, to prioritize delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in product management or program management roles, with a strong background in the sportsbook or gaming industry.
- Proven track record in managing product development and delivering commercial success.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written (at least C1).
- Experience with product development tools and methodologies, including Agile and SAFe.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, bonus mechanics, gamification, loyalty programs, promotional strategies, and customer journey optimization
