AdTech Manager

BettingJobs is currently partnering with a leading international iGaming operator seeking an experienced AdTech Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of the AdTech function, acting as the subject matter expert while driving innovation, optimisation, and best practices across the company’s digital marketing infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the regional AdTech roadmap aligned with Marketing Insights and reporting strategy
• Own the stability, governance and optimisation of digital tracking infrastructure
• Act as the AdTech subject matter expert, managing day-to-day performance of digital tracking solutions
• Partner with Media, Engagement, Product and external partners (e.g. Google, Meta) to enhance AdTech capabilities
• Identify and implement new AdTech innovations to improve performance and automation
• Troubleshoot complex technical tracking issues and deliver proactive solutions
• Lead onboarding and integration of new AdTech tools and solutions
• Ensure clear reporting and visibility of tracking issues, risks and future requirements
• Strengthen data capture capabilities across all digital marketing assets
• Support standardisation and best practice implementation across regional and global teams Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience in AdTech or Marketing Technology, ideally within the online gambling industry
• Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe, GTM, GA4, AppsFlyer, Flashtalking and similar platforms
• Proven experience delivering tracking setup, configuration and optimisation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing data ecosystems and automation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to clearly communicate technical insights and status updates
• Experience working cross-functionally within matrix organisations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product-led environments
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams
• Proactive, self-driven and commercially focused
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
