BettingJobs is working with an established iGaming group that is seeking to expand with a remote based CRM Campaign Manager to work on a new brand within their portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the targeting and creative elements of multi-channel customer marketing campaigns, based on customer segmentation
  • Work closely with the Head of CRM to ensure timely delivery for all campaigns
  • Work to deliver automated and triggered campaign programmes for various customer segments and life stages.
  • Build campaign templates across channels, such as, email, web and mobile
  • Continuously optimise the execution of campaigns through working with the Analytics team
  • Proactive monitor, A/B Test and report on campaign performance, defining enhancements where necessary
  • Ensuring monitoring of operational CRM systems and issues resolutions where necessary.
  • QA of campaigns to ensure high quality
  • Understanding data structures and anomalies
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory and best practice suppressions are used Requirements:
  • Experience of working in analytical environment
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tools and programmes essential
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management - able to deal with multiple tasks or problems at the same time and execute to a high standard
  • Excellent at working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Understanding of bonus systems, loyalty & rewards programs
  • Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Optimove CRM system a bonus
  • Experience in the crypto sector
  • Experience of online casino and / or sports betting
