Head of Social & Sweepstakes (B2B)

BettingJobs is seeking a high-caliber Head of Social & Sweepstakes to lead the North American expansion for a premier online casino content provider. As the sweepstakes model continues to redefine the gaming landscape, you will be the spearhead for placing high-performance RNG content into the fastest-growing social platforms in the industry. You will leverage your specialised network to position games as the premier "gold standard" for sweepstakes operators, navigating the nuances of the social gaming model and ensuring the titles drive industry-leading engagement and retention. Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Identify and secure high-value partnerships with Tier-1 and emerging sweepstakes platforms to exceed aggressive growth targets.
• Strategic Market Entry: Develop tailored commercial strategies that capitalise on the unique regulatory and operational requirements of the social/sweepstakes model.
• Optimal Game Placement: Build executive-level relationships with platform owners to ensure titles receive "top-of-lobby" visibility and dedicated promotional support.
• Product Evolution: Work closely with the studio and product teams to adapt game math, mechanics, and UI/UX for the specific behaviour of social and sweepstakes players. Requirements
• Sweepstakes Expertise: A proven track record in B2B sales specifically targeting the Social Casino or Sweepstakes sector. You understand the difference between "Real Money" and "Social" player cycles.
• Established Network: An existing "rolodex" of key decision-makers and founders within the Sweepstakes operator space.
• Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of the specific commercial models (SaaS, revenue share, or hybrid) that govern the sweepstakes vertical.
• Regulatory Savvy: Familiarity with the legal nuances and compliance standards unique to sweepstakes operations across various territories.
