We're looking for a driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team and support our global hiring efforts. This is a fast-paced role where your research, networking, and people skills will play a key part in our continued success. This role would be well-suited to a recent graduate eager to develop their career with a Scottish company with an impressive reputation and a global reach. Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, databases, job boards, and industry networks
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple jurisdictions
- Map markets and identify talent trends within iGaming and sports betting
- Support consultants throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system
- Represent BettingJobs professionally when engaging with candidates worldwide Requirements:
- Degree-educated
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, commercial environment
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn about a specialist global market
