Project Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2B/B2C business with teams located in several countries globally, they are searching for a Project Manager (Mandarin Speaking) to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects across multiple teams and regions
• Act as a key communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking teams and global stakeholders
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues proactively
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reporting
• Collaborate with Development Managers, Architects, and Product Managers to ensure alignment
• Promote consistent project management processes and best practices What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a complex, multi-team environment
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with globally distributed or cross-cultural teams
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with attention to detail Nice to have
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments
• Background in technology, software, or digital projects
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM)
