Head of VIP
Description
BettingJobs is working with a multi-brand iGaming company who are looking for a Head of VIP to join their team in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop the existing VIP team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional growth
Build, implement, and continuously optimize VIP processes, workflows, and overall customer strategy
Personally manage and maintain relationships with key VIP and high-value players, delivering a premium service experience
Define, monitor, and report on VIP KPIs, ensuring consistently high service quality and adherence to internal standards
Analyse VIP player behaviour and performance metrics, with a strong focus on retention, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV) growth
Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to improve VIP offers, campaigns, and player experience
Requirements:
Mandatory previous experience within the iGaming industry
Proven experience working with VIP customers, including Tier-1 or high-value players
Strong management background, including team leadership, KPI ownership, and process development
Confident level of English, both written and spoken
Full-time, office-based position located in Limassol
Experience in acquiring, reactivating, or poaching VIP players will be considered a strong advantage
