BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for aSales Manager to join their team based in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive B2B sales for the iGaming platform (platform, aggregation, or full solution)

  • Actively bring new clients using your existing network and industry relationships

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead → pitch → negotiation → closing

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators, partners, and aggregators

  • Work closely with Product, Tech, and Management to align sales with platform capabilities

  • Contribute to building the future sales strategy, structure, and processes

  • Provide clear pipeline visibility, forecasts, and deal status reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong, proven B2B iGaming experience (platforms, white-label, aggregation, or similar)

  • Existing client portfolio / active industry connections

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals, not just generate leads

  • Deep understanding of how operators actually buy and operate

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills

  • Comfortable working independently and being accountable for revenue

  • Ability to work on-site in Cyprus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling full iGaming platforms or white-label solution

  • Experience working with startups or scaling B2B products

  • Ability to help mentor or grow future sales team members
