Game Producer

BettingJobs is currently seeking a Game Producerfor an established supplier to the iGaming industry. The role will be based in remotely in the EU. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of game production, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Define game vision, features, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
• Act as the central point of communication between internal teams and external partners
• Ensure all games meet regulatory and compliance requirements across target markets
• Monitor game performance post-launch and drive improvements based on data insights
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the iGaming or gaming industry
• Strong understanding of casino game development (slots, RNG games, etc.)
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in key iGaming markets is a plus Nice to have:
• Experience with live operations and game optimisation
• Background in UX/UI or game design principles
• Knowledge of player behaviour and monetisation strategies
