About the Assignment

You will help shape digital tools and applications in a global environment where information management and process automation are central to the business. The solutions you work on support an organization focused on making food safe and available worldwide, which gives the assignment both technical depth and real-world impact.

You will join a Software Development Centre of Excellence and work closely with cross-functional teams that include developers, test specialists and other product roles. The setup is fully agile, with ways of working such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX and Design Sprint. This is a strong opportunity for you if you enjoy turning user insight into clear design decisions and want to influence products in a mature digital environment.

Job Description

• You will drive user-centered design for digital tools and applications, from insight to final UI.
• You will plan and carry out user research activities such as interviews and usability testing.
• You will translate user needs and research findings into meaningful design decisions and intuitive user experiences.
• You will create new design based on graphical guidelines and further develop existing design directions.
• You will take ownership of design work through completion and ensure consistency across solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with developers and deliver graphics and UI assets ready for implementation.
• You will contribute actively in agile ways of working and be part of practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX and Design Sprint.

Requirements

• You have a strong user-focused mindset and a genuine drive to understand user needs.
• You have experience with user research methods, including interviews and usability testing.
• You have very good knowledge of UI tools, primarily Figma.
• You have experience deg UI for digital tools and applications.
• You can understand and create design based on graphical guidelines.
• You can build on an existing design, take ownership of its completion and create new design solutions in line with the established direction.
• You collaborate well with developers and can deliver graphics to be used in development.
• You have experience of deg in an agile environment or working with Lean UX or Design Sprint.
• You communicate fluently in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Some coding experience.
