Senior Demand Architect

Location; Stockholm/Solna (3days onsite and 2days remote work per week) Swedish and English speaking

We are now looking for a Senior Business Demand Architect supporting, the sales businesses in Customers & Solutions Region Nordic!

you will be part of strategic development like setting the Region Nordic Digital strategy, planning and documenting the future Digital Demands, monitor, inventory and develop our Digital Capabilities together with the business and Vattenfall´s internal IT department. You are responsible for converging our business demands into IT demands with a strong knowledge of Information and Data analytics.

You will have a dynamic role where you need to align with the business stakeholders as well as the IT development team within Vattenfall IT. For this we are looking for the right candidate with proven leadership skills and experience in change management. You will contribute in projects and assignments for our operations where you represent good practice from IT perspective, Vattenfall standards and supporting in evaluating development alternatives.

Your key activities • Secure the overall holistic view of the IT landscape and secure that it is future proof and meets our short and long term business needs in an effective way (both from a functional and cost effective point of view).

Understanding how business can benefit from new technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, Cloud etc. Understanding of the business needs and how to turn them into IT demand. As Senior Business Demand Architect you participate in projects and new developments to secure the solutions fulfill the business needs and also follows defined strategy and guiding principles from both business and IT. Performing architectural reviews from a business perspective of new IT solutions with focus on Vattenfall overall strategy and principles, security demands and cost efficiency. Participate in Vattenfall common forums concerning IT capabilities to secure exchange of knowledge and experience as well as reuse of smart solutions and other possible synergies. Responsible for maintaining the overall documentation of the IT landscape for Region Nordic (e.g. document, maintain and secure high quality of the documentation of our systems). Work closely with our security organisation to secure high level of information- and IT-security as well as regulatory compliance (e.g. ).

Requirements:

• Good understanding of the utility- and electricity business.
• Experience from working in a large international company
• Long experience of working with development of IT demands in a business context.
• Deep experience in business and IT architecture, covering both process, information and system view.
• Understanding and experience of agile methods and way of working.
• Fluent in Swedish and English in written and spoken.
• Strong skills in Enterprise Architecture, experience in Solution/application architecture is not mandatory but a welcome “plus”.
• Understanding of security regulations to ensure critical data is adequately protected, but at least confident in addressing security aspects into architecture work
• Master’s degree with 10 years of experience in IT
