Arrowhead Game StudiosStockholm

Executive Operations Associate

Description

If you’re looking to help build the best co-op games studio in the world, you’ve come to the right place. We’re proud to have some of the best game makers and team mates in the industry working with us. What’s more, we’re a fun bunch of game devs who love sharing our passion for games together. Our games and studio are not for everyone. Are they for you?

We are now looking for an Executive Operations Associate

In this role, you’ll work side by side with our senior leadership, helping increase efficiency and smoothen studio operations. You’ll get a front row view of how a game studio operates, from production to marketing and business development, while helping improve processes, streamline workflows, assist in administrative tasks and make sure important initiatives move forward.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and it’s designed to give you the experience and context to grow into future leadership, production, or program management roles at Arrowhead.

You will support the leadership team with coordination, research, and execution across a variety of initiatives. The role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing complex work, improving how teams collaborate and is comfortable holding seniors accountable to get the best results.

Over time, you will gain exposure to Production, Marketing, and Business Development, building a broad understanding of how these functions work together to create world class games.

What you'll do:
  • Support senior leaders with day to day operational coordination, including scheduling, meeting preparation, follow ups, and documentation.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to understand key business priorities and help keep important initiatives moving forward.
  • Prepare research, insights, and background materials to support leadership discussions, strategic planning, and external partnerships.
  • Identify friction points in how information flows across the studio and help design more efficient processes and tools.
  • Act as a connector between leadership and department heads to help ensure initiatives are executed smoothly across teams.
  • Lead special projects that improve studio operations, such as internal processes, collaboration tools, or studio wide initiatives.
  • Help organize leadership meetings, offsites, and key internal events so leaders can focus on strategic discussions rather than logistics.
  • Contribute to documentation and systems that help the studio scale effectively as the company grows.
What we’re looking for:
  • Around 3 years of experience in high level administration, executive support, operations coordination, or project management. Experience in tech or gaming is a strong plus.
  • A highly organized person who enjoys bringing structure to complex situations and keeping many moving parts aligned.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Someone who is curious about how companies operate and eager to learn how game studios build and launch games.
  • Comfort working with modern collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Slack.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
Nice to have:
  • Basic understanding of the game development lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or working on cross team initiatives.
  • Familiarity with studio production workflows or live service environments.
  • Proficiency in Swedish.
You'd be a great fit if:
  • You enjoy solving operational problems and making systems run more smoothly.
  • You like bringing clarity and structure to complex situations.
  • You are adaptable and comfortable jumping between different types of work.
  • You are proactive and enjoy taking ownership of projects.
  • You are curious about leadership, production, and how a game studio operates.

Success in this role means the leadership team can operate with more focus and fewer operational bottlenecks. It also means you will have built the experience and context needed to transition into roles such as Junior Producer, Program Manager, Special Projects Lead, Associate Product Manager, or another operational leadership role within the studio.
