We are now looking for a Studio Coordinator

As Studio Coordinator, you are the backbone of our studio’s day-to-day operations. Your primary purpose is to ensure the studio is welcoming, well-organized, and running smoothly—every single day. You create the conditions that allow developers and teams to do their best work by maintaining structure, anticipating needs, and proactively improving how the studio operates.

This is a hands-on, service-oriented role with real ownership. You work closely with leadership, developers, and external partners, balancing daily execution with continuous improvements as the studio grows and evolves.

Who you are:

You are an organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment. You have a natural ability to keep things running smoothly, balancing multiple priorities with calm and precision. You’re action oriented and driven without losing sight of the bigger picture, communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, and take pride in creating an efficient, welcoming, and well-run studio. The studio is primarily English speaking however this position requires professional fluency in both Swedish and English.

  • For this position we see you as having at least 5 years experience from similar roles.
  • You will need fluency in different digital systems and ability to learn new systems as needed.
What you'll be doing
  • Ensuring a professional, welcoming, and high-functioning office environment
  • Lead front desk operations including visitor experience and studio administration
  • Establishing structure and clarity in office routines, documentation, and communication
  • Overseeing travel, logistics, and on-site operational support
  • Planning and executing studio events and internal happenings
  • Proactively identifying operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Practical Information

Scope: Full-time: 40 hours per week with initial 6 month probation period. Location: Office first and you need to be eligible to work in Sweden.

We are a pet friendly office! You can expect to find dogs and occasionally some cats around.
