About the Company

NurtureBio is an early-stage wellness brand on a mission to give babies the best start in life through science-backed gut health support. We're gearing up for our brand launch and looking for a hands-on marketing generalist to help us bring NurtureBio to the world.

The Role

This is an execution-focused contract role built for someone who thrives in the early days of a brand — someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, moving fast, and making things happen. The content strategy is already mapped and UGC assets will be provided; your job is to bring them to life across our channels and build community from day one.

This starts at 10 hours per week for 12 weeks, with strong potential to ramp up as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo — flows, broadcasts, segmentation, and performance monitoring
  • Own day-to-day Instagram and TikTok operations — scheduling, posting, captions, hashtags, and community engagement (comments, DMs, replies)
  • Create and edit content using provided UGC assets — light editing, formatting for platform specs, and ensuring brand consistency
  • Support our Shopify storefront with basic updates, campaign coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer journey
  • Track channel performance and share regular updates with the team
  • Stay plugged into trends in the baby, maternal, and wellness space to keep content feeling relevant and timely

Who You Are

  • A self-starter with strong execution instincts — you don't wait to be told twice
  • Comfortable working independently in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
  • Naturally organized and able to manage multiple channels without dropping the ball
  • A clear communicator who can work async and sync across a small, distributed team

Required Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopify
  • Background in direct-to-consumer or ecommerce marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage social channels end-to-end, including community engagement

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in wellness, baby, maternal health, or household/consumer goods
  • Familiarity with UGC workflows and light content editing
  • Prior experience supporting a brand launch or new product go-to-market
