II. Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms.

This role is instrumental in driving qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic planning, hands-on execution, and continuous performance optimization.

III. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and scale winning campaigns.
  • Implement and maintain accurate tracking systems using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging performance marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align paid media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.

IV. Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media or Digital Advertising.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

V. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce performance campaigns.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, remarketing strategies, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
